Sold to me as Trinidad Ancistrus and no one can seem to give me a L - number on them. I have looked thru 100s of pictures online, and eaither my eye isn't an experts, or nothing quite looks like em. Thanks in advance!

always extremely difficult, as an exporter might add his own name to them. As far as I know Trinidad is also a place in Bolivia exporting fish. Possible a normal Anc or Anc tirardiatus ? Hard to say sorry ccant help further from my side cheers jk :thumbup:

Possible a normal L144
What's that look like or are you meaning Ancistrus cf. cirrhosus? "Normal" L144 is light colored and spotless and was a single individual.

Does look like it could be a common BN though. However if it was actually imported, could be virtually impossible to nail down a positive ID without a catch location.
