L202 sexing please...

They are both 8cm...

I'm hoping they are female but I'm ready for any bad news!!!

Can anyone 100% sex them???

Anyways, these are my male leopards 9cm and 8cm...

Maybe I should try again and actually put the right fish!!!

One on left if female is no where near being ready to breed yet and may be immature male even. One of right is female and showing promise of developing eggs.

These guys were bought at 3cm on 31/12/10, so they are around two years old...

How long should I wait to put new pics up?

It's good I may possibly have two females, but I don't want to jump the gun and buy a male if I already have a pair.

Maybe increase feeding or feed a little choice treat foods to condition them and try again in 4 to 6 months. Do you have a cave ready for a male to go in? You might get lucky and have a spawn.

try feeding them 202's up a bit more... both look girlie to me.... but way too skinny to be considered to be ready to breed

These guys are currently in a plec community tank which are all males... There's enough caves in there for all fish bug these two rather the glass and wood than the caves...

They've only been in this tank for the last few months after I had to shut down their tank after a mishap with the aqua one heater during winter and lost 7 of them...

Will feed them more and hopefully they will egg up!!!
