Ok I've had this fish for around 13months it was 7cm then and its 8.5cm now
I thought it was male but as its grown it looks less like my 9cm male and a little more like my females.
Anyway I'd aprushiate your opinions.

Cheers
Rob

Not showing too much male characteristics, maybe it is a female?
That's what I'm thinking but I'm not sure, I'm not the best at sexing l134.
The fish caves a lot but shows no aggression to my other males.

i think it is a male, the bottom pics convinces me. The top pic looks like a fat fish, did you get the fish like this when you bought him ? Most/some sellers like to fatten fish foe sale. cheers jk

Bottom pic is the day I got it 13 odd months ago and at 7cm, top pic was today at 8.5cm and if I'm 100% honest this fish has not been getting a lot of food, 4 feeds a week once a day for the last year.

Easy to take an each way bet on this one but i think male. I'm sure you wont be too disappointed if it does end up being a female though ;)
If space permitted you could always try separating it and seeing if it bristled up a bit.
