please help me sex these 397's

thanks guys i have another 4 in my 6ft display i still have to catch out, i think they are 1m3f so ill post more photos up when i catch them,

anyone else like to try and sex them, im liking mooo's reply more with 2 being female haha

If they are 3yrs old you should have fry in the tank by now.

1 looks sub dominant hence same shape as male but less hair still more than the female.

okay ill put the suspected male in a tank of its own to see if it than developes more hair. does anyone know how long it would take to grow hair in a seperate tank if it is infact a sub male

i agree.... mine were spawning well under 2 years of age....

well im sitting on the fence 1 male + 1 female.... 1 undecided....
