Hi Rob, they will be OK without a heatpack, if you have a small hard:thumbup: container just put some damp (from the tank) kitchen roll in it then put the snails in and some more kitchen roll on top, put in a fish bag in case of leaks and then in a jiffy bag. Regards, Bill
