Picked these up earlier. Couldn't resist. More or less got them for free.
If people could tell me what 'L' i've bought and sex that would be great.
Three fish in total. Click on image for larger view.

Female, Male, Male???

Gravid female :woohoo: and Male
Next few photos are of what i think is the Female.

A big thanks.

nice fish, I would say panaques as well. But not like mine L169 as mine have more pattern on the body and belly wheras these look plainer - unless they are are still stressed from the move and not recovered normal pattern yet.

they are a bit different, more like Clowns than the L169 but a bit more patterned than my clowns

fin marking and colouring look the same but the photo of your fish doesn't show definite obvious stripes on the body and there doesn't look like it has marking on its face like in the link pic you gave??

Hi,

I would like to have a shot from the side, clear and not dark. With panaqolus if is hard as they have fright colours. I would tend to L074 or L398.
Again any chance of a nice clear shot from top and side ? cheers jk

Not this time anyway :D

So...I'm no David Bailey ok. I'm sorry if the pics are dark, over worked or generally rubbish. I tried to get the photo you asked for, plus a couple others. The markings from base of tail are more visible now (to the naked eye anyway) and the male is not so dark. Again. I have tried to get the photo but i will try again if have to.

Those white line are the flash on the fish or the reflection on the glass. I told you i rubbish at taking photos either that or someone might need some glasses :lol:
