i have a tank of 8 x 4cm l333's and 5 x 4cm L015's plenty of wood in there too.
everynight i throw in an algae disc, a cube of bloodworms and a lil bit of zucchini.
nothing seems to get eaten, i rarely even see any if them.

my L002 tank has 5 x 4cm in it and i very rarely see them either, i have wood in there for them and i put zucchini and a disc in every night and neither seem to get eaten

my peppermints tank has 10 x 3cm in it and i feed them 2 discs and some zucchini every night and i see them regularly eating at it but there doesn't seem to be much missing when i remove the excess from the water. there's wood for them too.

am i going wrong somewhere?

Apart from your L002s, none are really wood eaters (they don't have the teeth to actually eat wood). How long have you had the plecs? If you've had them for more than a couple of weeks then chances are that they are eating, just not a significant amount. If veggies and/or the disk are newly introduced foods than it just could be that they are not used to it yet. just keep an eye on them & if they start getting skinny then begin to worry. Otherwise, just continue as you are and maybe try to offer a variety of foods.
