Any idea on gender?

I ased about a year ago when I first got them and most people seemed to think they were both males...

I redid my tank last night and replaced the sand with plant substrate which ment I had to remove all the fish, including these two. They were not too happy about that.

The pics are pretty crappy :cry:

This one is a bit smaller and does not seem to have the fuzzy tail thing going on.


This guy is a little bigger and has the hairs or whatever it is on the tail.

Not sure which one this is, normally they aren't so pale. I guess they really didnt care too much for being hunted down and removed for a few hours.


i do worry about these two since I almost never see them. I see their trail of poop but not them. :wb:

As much as i would like to help you, i must say with the bad quality of the photos,sorry, i cant even have a quess. We need full shots from top and side. Sorry cheers jk :thumbup:
