they do tend to get bunched in with a few other species under the name of common plec, although L001 do normally sell for a little more than real commons

do you know the price because i was sold 2 of them at that size for 4 pound each and they were named as commons

Its a fair price only problem being they grow at a rapid rate and soon out grow most home aquarium - I do so wish shops would stop selling them
