Bamboo Shrimp.

Hi,

I have decided to get a bamboo shrimp
I will be housing it by itself (if this is okay) in a 3.9 gallon tank.
I understand they are filter feeders but can they eat sinking pellets?
What tank temp do they need?
What tank setup do they need?
