Hi guys,

Would like to get something in.

Primafix and melafix
A good ich med

I've given up keeping meds just in case, they always go out of date as I rarely use them any more.

No such thing as an alla round as different meds are required to target different diseases. Meaning bacterial meds won't often do much for parasitic nor fungal infections. I usually stock the following:
parasitic med - formalin & malachite green combo
bacterial meds - Mardel Maracyn & Maracyn II
Mela/Pim twins

[EDIT] Forgot Hikari Prazipro - great for internal parasites & treating newly imported plecs.

Mela and Pimafix are a good bet, Esha2000 (anti bacterial and fungus) and Esha exit (anti parasitic) are also a great combo as you can use them together, which just about covers everything...For whitespot I tend to favour WS3 as I have found that to be L friendly.

Thanks guys,

Have WS3 & had to use it a couple of months ago.

Think I need to get some others as have no parasitic meds etc in, I've heard good things of the Esha Exit, and the twins as they seem to be referred to in other threads.

WS3 treats whitespot/ick the same as Esha Exit...The only benefit of Exit over WS3 is the fact you can combine it with Esha 2000 and in doing so, you cover secondary bacterial infection that may occur from the damage left by the parasites.
