It really also depends on which Ls you wish to target. Adults and fry have possibly different likings. I must say, all of my Ls love the zuchinni and I do not blanch this for the adults. for fry as stated blacnhing.
Blanching is actually just the softning up of the outer skin of the vegetable. Depending on your own oven/cook top settings, you basically just wish to soften it up a little and depending on vegetable. If Pea, I blanch for 30seconds and then remove the skin by hand. Also each vegetable has a different requirement as does every L. Cheers jk :thumbup:
