Blood worms

Are resun blood worms ok to feed my plecs to help with conditioning or are hikari better.

never used resun, always used Hikari. I feed only once a week, but then it depend on which Ls you have. cheers jk :thumbup:

I too have always used hikari. I just wanna know if anyone uses resun and if they are ok
