blue rams

i need advice on blue rams.
i apologise if im on the wrong forum for it.

i recently bought 3 blue rams and also i.d. them as 2 males and 1 female.
will i have to get another female to even things out?
i dont want the breeding pair to turn on the lone male.
what else can i do to improve breeding?

any advice is gratefully recieved
