How many 300w fit in a 3kg satchel? The Heto webbsite say

"3, strong simulation of natural light, can promote the growth and development of aquatic organisms, suitable for seawater and freshwater. And can be placed on the cylinder head and full sink of water were used."

Does this mean that it gives off lots of light whenever the heater is on?
