hi there, bn usuallu starting to breed when they hit the size between 6-8cm, bn are quiet easily bred in any kind of cave, ive had bn breed under a log in an O cave D cave and square caves so its a personal choice:)

once male has good set of bristles he will breed. no idea what cave multi pack is. try a flowerpot with entrance cut out of side and a stone over the hole on top. or a half coconut with entrance cut out. or piece of pvc tube with one end blocked, wooden log with hole drilled in it etc...
give them a choice of a few shapes and sizes and they will choose

ill have to disagree with this comment. as ive had bn males with one and the male on eggs now has only 2 bristles.

bristles dont have anything to do with the breeding. they just grow with the bn.

same I had a drop and a cave from a set of bn's with almost no bristles (I actually thought they were too young only about 8 months old)

wasn't until I came to move them to a new tank and turned the log out to flush the male a load of eggs came out with them.
