Get some Sykes BigL pig and poultry wormer from online vet supply stores or produce stores. Dose rate is 1ml per 7Ltrs and be generous if guessing.
It will not harm fry at all. Make sure you siphon out any worms you see and redose in a couple of weeks.
Make a mix up in a bucket and drop all your nets in there as well so you don't spread them to other tanks.
I dosed all my tanks and nets. Never seen the worms again. They were in an angelfish. Pulled 24 worms out of him. He had babies at the time. Never lost one.

Your best defense is a regular routine..Good advice from Brenda ;)
My tanks are wormed 4 times a year, aprox every three months I do mine with BigL or Kusuri Wormer Plus.. :D
