The other day I was watching two females sit outside the entrance to the males cave, and when I looked yesterday there was a massive cluster of eggs, the cluster of eggs is way to large to have come from only one female, is it possible that the lucky boy could have gotten both of the females in his cave?:D

Started off with about 150 eggs, but I think there was too many for the one male to handle a a fare few got fungus, but I have moved them to a fry tank and there is still heaps more then a normal spawn so im still happy.

They did hatch, there is about 100 babies, and today I was looking for a younger male in my venustus breeding tank and I found a baby in the back corner of the tank, so I found the male hiding in a crocodile skull, so I put it in a bucket and out came about 250-300 babies, he is in with 6 females all to himself. Now I have too many babies to know what to do with.
