Hi all,
You can't tell from the photos, but if they have an adipose fin (a little fin on the back, behind the dorsal and towards the tail) they are Parotocinclus sp.

If they are a Hisonotus or an Otocinclus sp. they don't have an adipose fin.

Hisonotus leucofrenatus would be my guess <http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=1386>, as it is usually sold as "Otocinclus niger", Black Oto etc..

cheers Darrel
