Very hard to tell what sort it is as the color is distorted as well.
At a guess I would say at adult size you would be looking at a range of 12 to 14cm.

shops can call anything with stripes a tiger plec! it looks an interesting fish but could be lots of things, can you get more pics ? what size is he?

Would of thought L002 if i was forced to guess but yeah, from that photo would have to be a guess.
