Carbon .... opinions please !

Just wondering what people consider to be the best carbon block for HMA/RO filters. Do you favour the Granulated Carbon or Coconut Carbon ?

Hi, I dont use carbon in my tanks unless I have to remove medication, which is rare.
In my RO filter I use a carbon tube, basic activated carbon. Never tried the more expensive options, I am happy with basic ones.

I use coconut carbon in my R/O machine. I'ts been brilliant so far.....so I'm happy with it.

Hi I normally use granulated carbon for R/O prefilters but I dont really understand the differences just use what I've found to be OK
Its probaly more important to change them on a regular basis

As the water companys try tp gain bigger profits from selling water not fit to drink.
