I've been making these for years and they are very popular, great for hatching eggs for almost any species of fish and so simple to use. I have used them myself for many catfish, pleco and african cichlids, others have had great success with killi fish and american cichlids.

I designed these myself and after many versions have come up with this design. The unit comes apart for putting eggs in and taking fry out, comes with 2 grades of replaceable mesh, you can also put your own mesh in. It has a weighted base and sits on the bottom and protects the eggs from predators.

Everything you need is included. See pics attached.

PRICE $25

I have a tumbler like this however lost the little plastic vice screw bit which i am presuming was to hold the air stone down (i never got instructions). Am i able to buy just that piece or can you advise where i can get one please :)

The vice screw is just to regulate the air flow. You can just buy an adjustable inline tap if you like.

Glad to see these tumblers back as they are brilliant!
Will you have them available for a while? I may need some more, just not atm while my fish are on breeding strike.
If its a short term thing then I'll grab a couple more.

Thanks for the good feedback Brenda! These will be available for a while so no rush. Yes Auspleco the tap is to regulate the air flow, if you ever need another tumbler I'll toss an extra tap in for you. In the mean time you can improvise by folding the airline and using a rubber band to control the airflow.

Thanks again for the orders, all PM's answered and paid orders sent. A small investment in this easy to use and effective tumbler will pay for itself over and over again.

Everything you need is included in the kit. No suctions cups required, just drop it into a tank and add air, also has built-in protection against predators. Comes with 2 mesh grades and comes apart for cleaning, great for any egg laying fish.

Cheers, Fred
