feeding garlic?

hi,ive herd that feeding garlic is good for plecs.is this true?:dk:
do u just add a bit or does it need cooking?:dk:
also can u use garlic that has come from a market that has herbs and things added,u know the garlic thats in little pots...:whistle:

Garlic has appetite stimulating properties as well as some natural medicinal qualities.
You can add fresh garlic &/or simply soak food in a bit of the "juice". Like anything else, cooking destroys much of the nutritional value as well as possibly the medicinal qualities.
Too much garlic will make your whole tank smell though.
