Depending on how many you want you can try calling around your local aquariums and asking them how much to buy some. If you are after a heap of them ask them how much will it cost you for them to order some in. Most LFS will sell you a few bags, but can get a bit funny if you ask for large amounts. However I have 2 near me that have ordered them in for me when I have asked.

I have medium bags. They come in a pack of 100 bags, approx 15w x 30h cm (this is a guess off the top of my head as I'm not at the fish room now so can't measure right now).

$10 for 100 bags plus post (I am guessing they will come in at $5.80 for post as I think they will tip over the 250g for the cheaper rate)
