I need to completely sell my fish house so that it can never be reused,
It is a purpose build shipland shed 10' x 8' lined with frost proof then kingspan then cortex foil the floor is covered in thick cool coloured floor covering.
Inside there is a weather proof fuse junction box to wire in heater pumps and so on double plugs, double 8ft tube lighting makes it very bright inside, mains line switch it has been wired up by an electrician
HMA filter and fittings to attach to an outside tap.
2 x 6ft x 18" racks 3 levels high with tanks (Rapid racking)
All tanks are 18" wide some need lids some not custom made to fit exactly.

1 x 6ft divided in to 2 3ft
Buyer must dismantle and remove all of it bringing tools to do so I will not be home to help the shed itself is bolted together and sits on sleepers it is very very solid and heavy.
The whole thing will not be ready to go for approx 3 weeks I have yet to move the tanks and fish I need out of there but this will give anyone interested the chance to arrange there is no rush for it to be moved this can be done at your own leisure as long as its done in one day. All you need really for a fully functioning fish house.
