Flash pleco L204 breeding

Hi can I have some advice on breeding these pleco's as i was wanting to give them a try i need info on breeding size and tank setup. And anything you think i should on. thanks mike.:thumbup:

With most plec's you can bet on 2 thirds of there total length being a mature fish (given that the fish was grown naturally), also from what i recall they are quite aggressive so a tank would need to compensate for the fish's size, aggression and territory, and plenty of wood. HTH

Lots of wood, lots of flow, nice clean water, lots of food and some wooden caves, so long as you have a mature pair, it shouldn't be a massive challenge to get them breeding

good luck, how many have you got? how big is your tank and what other plecs are also in the tank?

Have not got them yet as i wanted to no how hard they were to breed and keep if i was to get a group would a 120L do it? thanks mike

If this is your first attempt at breeding plecos I would not recommend them.
