Well after my old heater (6 months old) played yoyo going on and off when it wanted in the 4ft, I eneded up with my baby dats having white spot:cry:(-4 baby dats)............I needed a new heater.

So out I went emergency shopping (my spare was also u/s) on a sunday afternoon at 4pm:wb: My local maidenheads had 2 choices. A generic cheapy or this new fangled all singing and dancing 5 year warranty beasty. It has a lcd read out of the tank temp, glows blue when cold, green when happy and red when the tank is to hot.

Worked great for about a week then just gave in. Everything still works on it......bar the heater:blink: ffs.

Just dont bother guys, what a load of trash:yes:

I still use the Fluval Tronic sadly discontinued but I have been buying up every one I see.

I have never had a problem with this heater.

I swap them out after 5 years.
