Freeze Dried Foods

Hi all, can anyone tell me if the likes of KB freeze dried bloodworms are any good? Obviously not as a permanent food but as a occassional feed a couple of times a week? Also can anyone recommend any similar foods that would be better?

Used freeze dried once and fish didnt touch it. I just think that its too dry so therefore cant have much nutrition.
