fungas treated on my pleco but now there is 2 blisters help plz

Hi there my pleco got in a fight and got sucked leaving a bad mark it got white fungas on it and i treated my tank with some fungas meds king british and the fungas seems to have cleared but it now has 2 blisters should i mix some salt up in hot water and add to the tank i was told it may do more harm than good as pleco dont do well with meds and salt so here i am asking the people who will know thank you :dk:

Good clean water always fixes it
I would say little salt goes along way

If you can post a picture without stressing out the fish we should be able to help better but if question is salt no salt ild say put some ! Little bit and do daily water changes
