fx5 filter media

hi folks, putting fx5 filter i brought on my tak at the week end, whats the best ceramic media to use please, seachem, ehiem or fluval, i was just going to use ceramic media and polishing filters in it, using a 405 with carbon and more cermaic media will this be ok ?

Wheres your mechanical filtration coming from? I use eheim substrat pro in mine, but sera siporax in others. I couldnt say if any are better than others.
