Hi Guys I am a New Bee. I travel throughout the west country every week mainly in Devon and Cornwall areas but can go to Bristol and Cardiff areas on occassions, my question is can any body suggest good tropical fish shops in the Bristol / Cardiff and surrounding areas worth visiting, saving a lot of wasted time fuel and effort. Will keep on looking for details of post codes to shop etc. Thanks for all your help Arf.

:hi: Hi Arf, welcome to plecoplanet.
trimar is always good if you're heading into cornwall at all.
there is a reasonable maidenheads aquatics at wellington, and a bow aquatics just around the corner from them.
further up and there are a couple of m/a's around Bristol worth checking.
if you're on your travels up that way though, i'd go a little further up the M5 and visit aqua jardin at gloucester, i love this shop

Hi all,
Not even a specialist LFS and a very small shop, but "Pet care" on Paul Street in Chippenham (Wilts.) SN15 1LJ, close the M4, have very well kept common fish, and if you want to buy Corydoras, Tetras or Otocinclus etc, they are very good quality & cheap.

Last time I went in they had Corydoras sterbai, C. trilineatus, Otocinclus, Marbled Hatchets and some very nice Gold Tetra (Hemigrammus rodwayi).

cheers Darrel
