green phantom lost colour ?

hi guys any ideas why my green phantom has gone like this its been eating fine but just noticed 2day its been behind the filter and when ive gone to get because i thought it was dead it shot out but its body is like this and still is now

Cant see they pic Craig but if its the same one on another site then he does look pretty sick mate. No idea why or what but if you fix the pic someone will be along to help you
