Hello, everyone.

I've been keeping fish off and on for a few decades. I received a trio of juvenile albino bn pleco about a year ago and they did mature into one male and two females. They recently had their first spawn. Best count I could do was somewhere between 20-25 fry. At three weeks old, they all died within 2 days. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. So, I'm here to learn and hopefully do a better job next time. Definitely have questions.

Just remember two bottoms pooping in a tank eventually turns in to 32 bottoms pooping even tho the majority are little ones, they do it often so keep that water nice and clean and do a few more water changes. They don't have to be huge 50% ones but 20% every second to 4th day should be good if needed. Babies like a lot more vegetable based foods than anything meaty. Parents are fine dropping down to mostly veg and that way the bubs don't eat the naughty meaty sort.
