Hi,
I'm Ancistrus, and you might know me as Aquaboy on some other forums.
I am a fairly experienced but young fishkeeper and have been very fond of plecos for a long time.
I keep two very young Bristlenoses myself in my 30L and plan to bring them up big and strong and upgrade my tank size eventually! One of them was a planned buy (A shock one too, mislabelled L059 as a normal BN for a fiver!) but I saw the poor second one (A. temminicki) with a nipped dorsal fin, sitting on the bottom in a fairly bad way. Since I bought him/her a week or so ago it's been really active and I'm pleased to say the dorsal fin is healing well
Though they're not plecos I am also really fond of Hillstream Loaches too. I find them very fascinating to look at, curling up on stones munching on them auchwufs
I came across this forum through a banner signature in another forum and I haven't regretted joining, it seems like a really friendly place and I hope to talk to you soon!
Thanks,
Ancistrus
