:hi: I am the proud new (and first time) owner of an albino bn pleco. He's approx 3" and already has some bristles. Until I know otherwise on the sex, his name is Bubba LOL He's in a 25 gal tank along with 8 dwarf sunset platies (4 of which are juveniles of various stages) I can't wait to learn more about my new little guy!!

the bristles would be a good indicator of the sex, if they are all over the snout area, it is indeed a him, females can get bristles too but only short ones across the top lip
