Hello! im a beginner and getting more knowledgeable pleco collector.

Hello to all,

My name is Bruce and i've recently been addicted to collecting plecos .... sunce around Jan of this year 2014. For a fact i need to upfrade my tank size from a 20 gallong long. However so far i do have a great amout of drift wood and hiding places.

Soooo far i have a common Trinidad, a clown/candy stripe, albino bristle nose, regular bristle nose, Hong kong pleco aka Hill stream loach, a Robber lip, Royal, Galaxy aka Vampire, Three beacon, and my most relcent ... one of my most favorites and fathers day presents... a Green phantom. The local Pet/fish store i just started working at just received a "Spoted Orange seam which i am going to try to get.

Again i know i have a bit too much for a 20 gallon but theres enough wood and stuff to make them happy and not fight too much. As soon as i am able to i will be getting a bigger tank and will try to post some pictures sooner than later.

Hello Bruce, glad that you found us. Do you not think for a 20gallon long, you have too many fish and you want to buy even more ? Also all of them have different diet requirements as well. Some will also outgrow your tank. Think about this and I would not be tempted to buy any more till you have a bigger tank. cheers jk :thumbup:

Yea .... ive done a fair amount of reading and research on every pleco i own and want. I am taken care of their diets and habitat. I just need a bigger tank.
