Hi all, :hi:
I got a suggestion to post pictures of my plecos here for help identifying them.
Then it came to my mind how to do this the best way. Should i take them out or photograph them in the tank?
The group of 4 are still quite young, about 5cm.
My friend told me to pick them out and hold them by the pectoral fin. But won't the colors change when i pick them out?

Here is one of them.
Sexing would also be nice <3

Thanks bigjohnnofish,
but what did you agree with? That the true color wont show up if i pick them out?

It's so hard to take pictures of them, they are very shy and quick. Any suggestions on how to get a good picture without taking them out?
They have alot of caves, but the tank is quite open in general. Maybee thats why?
