help me sex my L333

I have just caught these out of my planted tank, just wondering what sex they are.

Won't of breeding age for about 18mths. Cannot sex at 4-6cm. We're good but not that good.

I suspect they need feeding up more as well. what are you feeding them on?
the dominant males will get more hair on front find and face and down the body near the tail. females have a slightly different head shape.

been feeding them the algae wafers once a day, also there is heaps of live plants and driftwood in there with them. in the picture i uploaded is there any clear males or females at all.

It does look a mixed sex colony with the differing nose shapes.

ok would you be able to tell how many males and females there is in the picture yet

i can see one def male thats it... rest are too small to sex from your pic... they prob can be sexed with 80-90% accuracy but i'd need to see them in the flesh and be able to turn them around and look at them sideways and from underneath as well as from above... sometimes feeling for rough hair along back of body can help with some varieties...
like sexing small whiptails you can feel the males beard by gently running finger along the side of its head... females are smooth... males little like a 1-2 day growth like on a human male...
