Help Peppermints

hi everyone, have a 4ft tank, with 4 peppermints in there, thinking there was 2f, 2m, but not sure, also 2 baby bristlenose, 1 shrimp.
Largest male seems happy in its cave, there's another spare cave, driftwood and hidy holes, 1 of the pepps seems to be on the border of grey/ white, like they get when stressed. Water parameters are fine, there's an ehim 2217 filtration, with sponge filter and air stone.
Just wondering if this fish is being picked on or is there something that i'm missing.
Any ideas??

It could be just due to sparring or fighting. You could add more driftwood and caves and see if that helps them to settle.

You could be wright have separated them 2 in one tank and 2 in another and she's looking better already.
Funny though seemed to be 2 females dusting up,cat fights with pepps.
Will keep updating but do females normally fight???:dk:

I had a couple of longfin females shred each others fins till I separated them.
