Wild guess, top left is female. Bottom left isnt happy with sitting flat for pics so guessing female. Top right not sure but may be female. Bottom right is probably the best bet for male but needs a little more time to mature.

They have all been hiding happily since, and if hiding is a measure of how happy they are, then they are ectsatic. Out of the four, I am lucky to see traces of two. Sometimes I can catch one sort of in the open when the lights are out. For now they are being fed hikari wafers and shrimp pellets. I'll get them frozen worms, mysis or brine shrimp to eat in a few days when I can make it to the fish store.
