Hi,
that's a very often exported pleco from Colombia and Venezuela.
It's the Panaqolus which reproduction is easy.
Why not in AUS?
L104, it´s a question of the point of view. As L104 (also L105) was imported only one animal. Nobody knows exactly from where.
It's sure that's a Panaqolus sp. aff. maccus, but no more.
Therefore Panaqolus sp. aff. maccus also is often called as L104.
L103 it's a Peckoltia. It's very similar to distinguish (Peckoltia / Panaqolus) if you see in the mouth. Peckoltia have many small teeths, but Panaqolus only a few in spoon shape.
Look there
Mouth of plecos.
