help with sexing L168 WITH PICTURES. thanks

Hi All
I just got these they range 9-10cm hoping 2 boys 2 girls .
I just got these home straight out of bag in a big plate took a few pictures and then climatized them in to there new home..Let me tell you once they hit that water there color changed the baring much nicer and so on....
Can people tell from pictures males and females ?And what size do they breed from? I know many people have told me good luck very hard fish to breed but just having fun and if they do ill be happy.....

I would say they are not mature enough to sex yet and even when they are its still difficult. My LFS had some in at 15cm and even then we couldn't tell.

wooow and you think there back fin they use for fanning is different shape maybe we can tell that way also ?
does the female have hair also but not as much and as long like your picture you have circled?
