Hi Everyone,

My name is Ben, I have been keeping tropical fish for 7 years and plecos for 3 years. I started off with just a common Bristlenose and a common pleco but now I have a trio of peppermint BNs, A L168 and a gold spot pleco.

I am planning to breed L066 plecos.

I also keep many cichlids including a jaguar, a red devil, a Jack Dempsey breeding pair, a green terror pair, Firemouths and more.

Kind Regards,

Ben

:welcome: Ben, Wow what an assortment of fish you have and most of them not too friendly. How big is your tank or do you have a rack ? Have fun cheers jk

Cool well done. L066s are a great choice to start with. My advice would be to hunt for the best possible breeding stock to start breeding from. Not just anything you can find. I've seen some stunning quality 66s but I've also seen some that should not be allowed to reproduce.
Keep us posted on how you go.

Thanks Everyone!

I will definitely make sure I buy quality fish. What are some things to look out for when buying L66s?

I have two 300L tanks and a 200L. All my fish are juveniles but I am planning to get an 8 foot after I have moved house.

Regards,

Ben
