Do you know what type of bushy nose he is?

Not entirely sure. he is a brownish black color with lighter spots.the previous owner had a break out of ich and lost most of his plecs. this bushy has a couple white spots on him, its definately not ich though because they arent like gains of sand. thanks

You shouldn't have problems getting hold of a female, if you are concerned about the white patches, then i would put up a photo, if you have one, in the health forum. Could just be stress colouration though.

the spots are a little darker (maybe because he is still young?)

Could be, theres a few bushy noses that are dark with spots though lol. If you have a pic, you could post it up in the id forum
