Hi there, I have had fish for 8 years or so and am new to plecs. I was recently given one when my friends tank sprung a leak (long story involving children).
Anyway, I/we think it is a L002 but that is a wild stab in the dark.
I have tried to get a decent photo of him/her but he constantly hides under the driftwood and only ventures out when I drop in algae wafers and fruit and veg, and then only when it's dark.
He seems happy enough, feeds well etc. but how can I tempt him out more when it's light (even with aquarium lights off he stays hidden during daylight).
Someone did suggest another plec to tempt him out, any thoughts?
My apologies for the kinda stupid question but I would just like to enjoy him more.

raw zucchinni and maybe use a fork to hold it to the bottom... cut a small piece to start with say 5cm x 5cm and replace it each day so it doesnt foul your tank up...
