How can I sex brushy nose plecos before I buy them. They are maybe an inch in length, so I have a feeling it'll be difficult if not impossible to sex them accuratly. Thinking about breeding them. Thanks for any help

Probably too small to sex but you could look for such things as thicker pectoral fins for males, thinner for girls. Wider between the pelvis fins for girls. When they are a big bigger you will notice if you rub the males noses they are soft and squishy whereas girls are firmer.
