Sorry everyone I know I've asked before, BUT. Wha are all the ways you can sex Peckoltia compta? I have two hairy males, a round plec (female?) and a slim plec that I don't know what. The alpha male has a very blunt nose, the other 'medium' and I'm not sure on the others. I will try my best to get pics but they are so hard to catch :fr:
Ondontles, head shape, pectoral fin spine, and body shape. Have I got all of them? Cheers for any help

I think you have named them all really, apart from once bred, you will know for sure.

It's more the one that hasn't got any hair but isn't round. The others are for sure what I said, I think This because the 2 are hairy and fanning and the other is round and interested in them. Will try and get that one photographed

You have stated most correct items for ID, size also plays a role. Maybe your female needs fattening up with some protein or she is just not ready yet.
Photos do help as well as you stated. As stated in other forums, some females also fan, cheers jk :thumbup:
