They look like being 4-5cm.

Looking at the shape of the fins, the males are more cresented than females, so I would say MFFM

Difficult. I always like to see the overall fish. Body and head shape are important. And than a close up of the head to look at the odonthodes closely.

I think fish 1 could be a female, looking at the short odonthodes at the jaw. And fish 4 is a male. The others are not clear to me from these pictures.
