Some one said its a pseudolitoxius anthrax it has bristles on the fins but non round it's face?

You've done well to keep him long term, as they have a high oxygen requirement. I've never owned one, but I used Pseudolithoxus anthrax as my "rheophilic plec" template in "Aeration and dissolved oxygen in the aquarium" <http://plecoplanet.com/?page_id=829>, although I got the original picture from Jools at "PlanetCatfish".
