Great to hear Jamous. What is the plan for the tanks then?

If you are going to post any pics then wipe the front of the tank down , use a good camera and have the tank lights on but room lights off. Should work. Last time your pics weren't so good.

i thought south amercain theme cos alot of fish we already have are from there so i thought i would put them all in the bottom tank and expand on my collection but add a few oddballs in there and fire eels but in the 125 liter i thought i would use as a breeding tank for plecs but have hatchet fish at top

South American theme sounds good, are we going to see any pics though?

I have hatchet fish and would like more, mine are marble hatchets and I lost quite a few initially but the remaining ones are doing great last I saw off them through all the vallis. I will have to do a head count. Silver hatchets are supposed to be hardier, can't remember where I read that.

Are these the fire eels you mean? This info suggests a 400l tank. I don't know much about them but sound interesting.

So what exactly will be the fish list for your 300l what you already know you are adding and what you ideally would like to add but put it as a list. Maybe with maximum potential size next to each one and how many of them each.

What type of plec do you plan to breed in the 125l?

What decor in the 300l and equipment, lighting , setup/outlay etc will you have?

leopard frogs seem a good choice for the 125l

Discus like higher temps though so would that suit the corys? Could the corys not go in with the leopard frogs some wood and slight planting along with the hatchet fish.

Good luck with whatever you do anyway.

You gonna delete that sig? Prove yourself with the evidence, some good pics when you are done :)
